Returns & Refunds Policy
We encourage all customers to please choose your items carefully, however, for times when an exchange or refund is necessary, darwinirrigation.com.au do offer return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Darwinirrigation.com.au do request that prior permission either by phone, or in writing, must be granted before returning any unwanted items to our warehouse.
Please contact our staff on 1800 431 167 or at email@example.com regarding any return requests.
Furthermore, we ask that any items that are received damaged or faulty are reported to Darwinirrigation.com.au within 48 hours of delivery. Darwinirrigation.com.au will then advise if the return of the item is necessary. If returning the item you will be given a refund number to attach with your returned items and will then be advised on the return delivery address. Items must be returned to Darwinirrigation.com.au within 14 days of reporting the faulty item to Darwinirrigation.com.au.
If a product covered by warranty is defective, the customer must contact Darwinirrigation.com.au within the warranty period. A Goods Return Authorisation (GRA) will be issued where Darwinirrigation.com.au agrees to accept a product back for further inspection, and the GRA must accompany the returned goods. The issuance of a GRA does not constitute acceptance of warranty by Darwinirrigation.com.au or an indication that a refund or replacement will be issued.
All goods are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse, so please ensure the items are properly packed to reduce the risk of them getting damaged on the way to our warehouse. Costs incurred in respect of all shipments relating to returned goods are and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed by Darwinirrigation.com.au.
It can take up to 5 working days for your return to arrive at our warehouse. Upon receipt of the approved goods, Darwinirrigation.com.au will inspect and confirm or deny any alleged irregularity and will contact you to notify findings and whether the goods will be replaced, returned, or kept and moneys refunded.
Once your refund has been processed, depending on your card issuer, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in your account.
