What currency are your advertised prices?

What are your payment options?

Can I open a credit account?

No. We do not offer customer account credit so all payments must be made and received prior to despatch. Payment can be made by credit card or PayPal account.

Can I collect my goods from Darwinirrigation.com.au?

Yes. It is possible to collect your goods from our store at Lot 1140 Georgina Crescent, Palmerston City NT 0830 between 7:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday. No delivery charges will apply.

Do you sell products other than the products shown in your online shop?

Yes. We have a very extensive range of irrigation products available beyond those shown in our online store. Please contact us on 1800 431 167 if you are after a product not shown.

I purchased a product through your Darwinirrigation.com.au and now need it serviced. Do you provide this?

No, we do not currently provide servicing. However we recommend Water Dynamics for all your irrigation service and repair needs. Please click here to go to the Water Dynamics website.

If I register or transact on your site are my credit card and contact details secure?

Yes, our site is SSL certified. All data transfer is 128bit encrypted in a secure package. Please refer to our Privacy & Security Policy for full details.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

I have my own account with another freight carrier, can I use this with Darwinirrigation.com.au?

You will not be able to use your own freight supplier for orders placed on darwinirrigation.com.au. All orders will be sent using Darwinirrigation.com.au’s preferred freight supplier – StarTrack.

Can I collect my order in person?

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally through our online store. Please contact us on 1800 431 167 or shop@darwinirrigation.com.au to arrange international shipping.

How long before my order arrives?

We work within StarTrack’s estimated time frames for Australian customers and expect delivery to occur within 3-5 days of despatch dependent upon your location.

Can my order be sent to a different address to my credit card?

Yes, we can deliver to who and where you specify at the time of order.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?

No, our carrier cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
